Hello Everybody,
As you may have noticed, I haven’t been posting nor replying to comments here nowadays. So, you must be wondering what is happening with WPShoppe or simpleX. I wonder too… and I think they are just doing fine. simpleX is getting popular day by day (which I am kind of surprised) and is already nearing 12000 downloads in just 3 months. I would like to thank everyone who have tried the theme. I know its nothing complex but has been quite effective for people looking for simple themes.
Next thing is, I have been really busy with projects all over my shoulders nowadays. Since simpleX is a product of testing WordPress theme and has been released for free, I cannot spend much time answering each and every question or getting back and updating the site often. Yep, I am a human being and I need to eat and support myself and my family. Thus, I am working on other projects which pay bills for me. and that takes pretty much of my time. Its a simple logic which you all know. But I will time and again come back and answer questions which you might have. Otherwise, feel free to play on yourself with simpleX.
Now the BIG thing that I have been waiting for all this time is ready to be announced! OH YEAH!!!!
I have now partnered with one of the greatest premium WordPress theme providers – GraphPaperPress.com. Graph Paper Press focuses on multimedia and photo based websites offering clean and simple design themes (which matches my interest as well). Check out all the great themes there. At Graph Paper Press, I will be developing new themes and upgrading existing ones. Also, you might get sufficient discounts on the new themes from wpshoppe. Do keep a watch on the website for it later. 
So, I guess things are getting better and good things are yet to come. I will keep posting about any developments.

I would like to congratulate you on the success of the SimpleX theme. I use it for my blog and I’m really pleased with it. I noticed that you have a Sponsors banner on your sidebar and I was wondering how I can install one on my blog’s sidebar. There’s so much empty space there, it might as well be used for some income generation. Thanks!

Is there a specific sponsor widget that’s being used and moved to the side bar? Others are listed, but I don’t see that one available.

I would really increase viewers if I could set up categories w/ tiny thumbprints, and little blow-up boxes w/ info, just as they’ve got. NO OTHER Theme among the WordPress themes features this – what I consider an obvious no-brainer – home page feature.
Can you provide guidance or make something that could be uploaded into the SimpleX?
Otherwise, I DO like the SimpleX … just wish I could have a sort of static home page w/ stickies that would entice people into the bowels of the site.
