Cleanr @WordPress and a popular choice!

Well, I have been posting numbers a lot of times and you might have been bored. But I couldn’t resist this time. While SimpleX has been one of the top choices at the WordPress Site (as you can see the consistency of downloads), Cleanr seems to be yet another choice for many. It has been just 2 days and it has already been downloaded 361 times just yesterday leaving behind all the trails of SimpleX. Its just inspiring to me and thought I would mention it. :) Thanks for listening!

    Hello. Congratualtions on your marriage; I hope the honeymoon you mentioned was great, and you and your wife are now doing well. Blessings.

    I am wondering what you would charge to modify your WP theme for me? I have some ideas but have not gotten them to work.

    I like both SimpleX and Cleanr. It would be nice to see an author on each post. Also, via the admin area, is there a way to control which dropdown menus are visible? Currently, I see Pages and Categories. What if I didn’t want to see Categories? Or what if I wanted to see Pages and Meta?

    Also, WP125 is a popular widget. When set to 2-column, it doesn’t render properly on your sidebar…fyi. You do nice work. I like the simplicity of your designs. Thanks!

    I am currently using your “Cleanr” theme on Wordpress 2.8 and it’s brilliant – just what I was looking for. However, I am having problems with displaying trackbacks in posts… A friend left a trackback on one of my post but it won’t display. Whilst “1 comment” is displayed at the bottom of the post, the trackback itself is not visible despite having approved it in the Dashboard. Do you have any idea what might be wrong?

    When I tried Cleanr it puts the side column under everything else. Simplex works great for me though.

    Hello Chandra!

    I finally decided to create a blog and was lucky to find cleanr. I am no expert at CSS or PHP, but decided to customize it a little. Everything has worked great! but now, when I check new posts, the ‘Leave a comment’ or ‘2 comments’ headers are all over the place on Firefox and even worse on Safari when I test them. What can I do to fix this??? I’ve gone over code numerous times, but can’t figure it out.

    Also, when I tried to upload a video that is 13MB, I got a message stating my file is too big and my php.ini max is 2M. Is this mandatory or can I change this? Where?

    I love your theme but when I go in to modify the header there is no custom header or custom color option. Please help.

    This is a wonderful theme! I have tried many themes in search of a clean, efficient design that would focus on the content of my writing, but until now I have not found a fit. Thank you very much for your work.

    A few changes I have made that may help others is to move the navigation under the site title instead of next to it for blogs that have a large number of pages/categories. I have also added the author to the meta of each page.

    However, by far this has been a theme where I felt as if few modification were necessary for a great presentation. Really, great job.

    How I change the logo in the header?
    I’d like to change for my logo instead the blog’s name.
    I really don’t have a clue, I started blogging with wordpress one week ago
